During the call, the bot confirms key details such as the job description, property address, and quote amount, answers basic questions, and offers available service windows. If the customer is ready and the original quote still applies, the bot books the job directly into the Service Window Calendar. If the customer has complex questions, requests a human, or says the job scope has changed, the bot routes the conversation for team follow-up instead of forcing a booking. Important Setup Requirement: Before triggering the outbound call, the following fields must be populated in GoHighLevel: - Job Description - Property Address - Quote Amount These fields are passed into the voice agent.
