If satisfaction is high, the bot asks for a public review and triggers an SMS with the REVIEW_LINK pre-populated. If satisfaction is low or the client raises concerns, the bot captures the issue, applies has_negative_feedback, and fires a broker SMS alert. The review request never fires in that case. The bot also asks naturally about friends or family who might need finance help and logs any referrals as both a Note and a real-time broker SMS. How It Works

Triggered when the broker manually applies the post_close_call_alert tag to a settled client (typically 7 to 14 days after settlement). The tag fires the GHL workflow that sends the client into n8n, which triggers the Retell outbound call with settlement date and property type as context.
