How It Works

Triggered when the broker manually applies the past_client_refinance_alert tag to a past settled client. The tag fires the GHL workflow that sends the client into n8n, which triggers the Retell outbound call with original settlement date and lender as context.

The broker manually applies the past_client_refinance_alert tag to queue the past client for a refinance check-in.
