It calls real estate agent partners on a configured cadence (typically 30 or 60 days since last contact) to keep the relationship warm. The bot, as Alex, references the last contact, asks how the partner's business is going, and asks naturally whether they have anyone needing finance help. Captured referrals are logged as a Note on the realtor's record AND fired to the broker via SMS in real time. Booking requests, complaints, and broker callback requests are all routed appropriately. A structured Call Summary is saved as a Note on the contact record after every call. Designed to keep partner relationships warm without burning broker time on routine check-ins.

How It Works

Triggered when the broker manually applies the realtor_partner_checkin tag to a realtor contact (already tagged realtor_partner from onboarding). The tag fires the GHL workflow that sends the realtor into n8n, which triggers the Retell outbound call with last contact date and referral history as context.

The broker manually applies the realtor_partner_checkin tag to queue the realtor for a call.

GoHighLevel sends the realtor's details, agency, last referral context, and last contact date into n8n. n8n triggers the Retell outbound call.

Retell calls the realtor as Alex, references the last contact, and asks how their business is going.

If the realtor has anyone needing finance, the bot captures prospect name, phone, scenario, and urgency. Logged as a Note and fires the broker SMS alert.
