The Missed Lead Callback Bot is an outbound voice automation built on Retell AI, n8n, and GoHighLevel. It calls leads who previously initiated a call but weren't answered, opens a friendly conversation, and qualifies loan purpose, rough property value, and timeline. If the lead wants to book, the bot checks the Consultation Calendar and books the appointment. If they prefer a broker callback or need to be contacted later, the bot logs the appropriate outcome and fires the relevant alerts. Designed to recover leads that would otherwise go cold.

How It Works

Activated when a contact directs a failed call to your company registered GHL number and is then tagged as incoming call status = "no answer"

Lead identified as a missed call

Outbound Call Triggered
GHL sends contact details into n8n, n8n triggers the Retell outbound call.

Voice Conversation Begins
Retell calls the lead, mentions the enquiry, gauges interest.

Light Qualification
Captures loan purpose, property value range, timeline (only what's missing).

Availability Check
If lead wants to book, calendar checked on nominated date. If no time given, 5 weekday slots offered.

Alternative Time Handling
If lead wants a different day, availability checked again before booking.

Booking Locked In
Bot reads back the slot, gets confirmation, books in GHL. Confirmation SMS fires.

Broker Callback Path
If lead wants the broker, callback logged and broker SMS alert fired.

Outcome Synced to GHL
n8n receives call_analyzed webhook, applies tags, updates fields, saves call summary, feeds retry candidates back.
