If the caller wants the broker to call them back instead, the bot logs a callback request and fires a broker SMS alert. All call outcomes (booking, callback, escalation, voicemail) sync back into GHL as tags, custom fields, and a structured Call Summary saved as a Note on the contact record after every call. The bot speaks in the Alex Australian-male persona and never quotes specific rates or repayment numbers.
